2. Scope of Services

I offer the following programs:

1) Self-led Woman

• 8 individual 1:1 coaching sessions (minimum 60 minutes each)
• 2 days of WhatsApp support

2) Flow Over Force – Living the Work

• 6 group coaching calls (60 minutes each)

All services are delivered online.

3. Payment Terms

Self-led Woman

• One-time payment: 1,222 EUR
• Payment plan: 2 installments of 666 EUR

Flow Over Force – Living the Work

• One-time payment: 555 EUR

Payment must be completed according to the selected option before or during the program as agreed.

If a payment plan is selected, the client is responsible for completing all installments.

4. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

I do not offer refunds or cancellations once the coaching or program has started.

By purchasing, the client expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

For 1:1 coaching sessions:

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the client does not attend, the session may be counted as completed.

6. No Guarantee of Results

I do not guarantee any specific results.

My coaching services are designed to support and guide you, but your results depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances.

7. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and results
• Participate actively in sessions and program activities
• Ensure they have the required technical setup

8. Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection
• Access to Zoom
• A functioning device (computer, tablet, or phone)

I am not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Personal or business outcomes resulting from participation in my services

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
